Project Generous, A Year of Living Generously.
Generosity is sacrifice for the benefit of others. The goal of PG365 is simple. Promote generous living. We are seeking to create a movement of generosity by inspiring each other to be generous. Here are a few thoughts on what PG365 is all about.
This blog is decidedly Christian. By that, we mean that it comes from a Christian perspective. We believe that those who follow Christ should be the most generous people on earth. Oh we don’t start out that way, but the impact of growing and maturing in faith should lead us to become exceedingly generous.
This blog is not about money. Money is just one way to be generous. There is no excuse for not being generous with our money, but then, there is no excuse for not being generous with our time and talents too.
This blog is committed to actually believing Jesus when He said… it is more blessed to give than receive… Acts 20:35
This blog is about the journey toward generosity, the pitfalls, the struggles, the triumphs, the stories, the joy, the impact and the generosity of God toward us.
